Returns and Refunds

The Customer who has made a purchase has the right to withdraw from the Contract (pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 Consumer Code) without any penalty and without specifying the reason. 

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product (s). 

In the case of separate delivery of several goods, provided they are ordered by the Customer with a single order, the term of 14 (fourteen) days for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day the last product is delivered.  

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

We also inform you that the right of withdrawal belongs only to those who purchase as a Consumer Customer, i.e. for purposes other than work. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is not guaranteed by law to the professional who buys objects with a VAT number.  

 

The right of withdrawal is bound by the following conditions:  

  • Returned products and their original packaging must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (therefore including case, box, envelope, warranty and all accessories included upon receipt of the order).

  • The returned products must be returned in their entirety and not in parts or components of them even in the case of kits; 

  • The returned products must not have been used, worn, washed, damaged and must not show scratches;

  • The returned products must be sent to Intrade SAS in a single shipment;

  • In the event that the returned product (s) have / have not contributed to the achievement of a minimum order for obtaining a gift, with the return of the product the return of the aforementioned gift is also included and mandatory.  

 

The right of withdrawal (pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 Consumer Code) is excluded from the supply of products made to measure or clearly personalized even with simple engravings, or that have been made to measure for the Customer, upon his explicit request at the time of placing the order.  

The basic jewelry is sold in white gold. It is also possible to choose yellow gold and rose gold at no additional cost but in that case it is to be understood as customization (therefore not subject to return).

 

As for the rings, the company Intrade SAS specifies that standard sizes are all those included between size 13 and size 16 (including the various intermediate sizes such as 13.5 - 14.5 etc.).

All ring sizes that do not fall within this range will be considered customizations and therefore will not be subject to return.  

 

As for the bracelets, all those with a length not between 17.0 and 19.0 cm are to be considered customizations.

 

As for the pendants and chokers, Intrade SAS specifies that standard sizes are the chains between 39.5 and 42 cm (unless otherwise specified in the product description). 

All other measures will be considered customizations and therefore will not be subject to return.

 

 

Return methods:  

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the company Intrade SAS with an explicit declaration:  

  • By contacting the company by telephone.

  • By sending an email to the company from the same email address with which the customer made the purchase.

  • By filling out the "Withdrawal form" on the site and sending it to the contacts indicated.

  • By sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address.

 

In case of failure by the Customer to communicate to the company Intrade SAS the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, the present reserves the right to refuse correspondence.  

 

The Customer is reimbursed for the cost of the returned item net of discounts or coupon codes, less the return costs. 

The return shipment is therefore charged to the customer. 

The gift box, the gift kit and any shipping costs incurred during the purchase of the item will in no case be refunded.  

 

Following the return request, the Customer will receive a withdrawal confirmation email containing the return form to be included in the package (together with the product).

The Customer must always consider 48 hours following the return request.

Shipping methods: 

To make a return, the customer has several shipping methods available:  

 

  1. BOOK THE COLLECTION WITH COURIER: THE CUSTOMER AUTONOMOUSLY MANAGES THE RETURN THROUGH COURIER. Given the high value of the goods purchased, the Customer can request that the shipment be made via the Seller's trusted courier.  In this case, the Intrade SAS company specifies that the shipping and insurance costs remain the responsibility of the Customer but will be communicated in advance and therefore withheld from the sum to be reimbursed.

  2. DELIVERY OF THE RETURN TO THE POST OFFICE.  The customer can deliver the package to the nearest post office. The Customer must insert the item to be returned in a well sealed and protected box / envelope and finally go to the Italian Post Office of his choice.  

Refunds are made with the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer requests a refund on a different payment method, in which case any additional costs deriving from the different payment method chosen will be borne by him.  

 

  • Payment by bank transfer: the refund is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer who wants to be refunded.

  • Payment with Paypal: the refund is directly reversed to the Customer's Paypal account.

  • Payment by credit card: the refund is credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase. 

  • Cash on delivery: if the customer who intends to make a return has paid the item on delivery, the refund is made only by bank transfer. The Customer must therefore provide his bank details via email (IBAN and data from the account holder) at the same time as he sends the return request.  

 

Based on art. 56, paragraph 3, the reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the Customer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Until arrival at the headquarters, the Company is not responsible for any loss, tampering or damage to the package containing the returned jewel.  

 

Intrade SAS undertakes to reimburse the price of the sale within 7 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal but on the condition that within the same term the product has been returned and checked by the competent operators. 

The timing of reimbursement on the card or on current accounts depend directly on the banks, which usually take about 2/3 working days for the credit.  

Store Credit:  

In addition to the return, the Customer can also choose the method of exchanging the goods by obtaining a voucher of the same amount to be spent on the site. The Customer can therefore ask for a Store Credit in case he wants to exchange an item.

The Store Credit can also be used immediately by placing an order on the site and the voucher is valid for 1 year. The voucher must therefore be used within the final term of 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue and, therefore, after its expiry it will no longer be usable and the Customer will no longer be able to be reimbursed.

The new order will be shipped only after receiving the returned items.  

 

Return for defect or non-conformity: 

The only case in which the Customer is entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs and return costs is for the return of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the order placed by the Customer. 

In case of return of defective or non-compliant products, the Company bears the transport costs for the return of the products or the payment in cash.  

 

If the Customer has received an incorrect or damaged product, he must indicate this reason as the reason for the return when requesting a refund. 

The Intrade SAS Company may reserve the right to ask the Customer for one or more images and / or videos showing the defect found. The Customer will then receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment of the defective or non-compliant item. 

In case of lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to request the repair (or replacement) of the product free of charge within the limits established by law, pursuant to Article 130, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Code.  

 

If the Customer does not communicate the defect or non-conformity of the object within 14 (fourteen) days from the arrival of the product, he loses the right to replacement or full refund.

 

In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the Company Intrade SAS undertakes to process the refund to the Customer as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 (seven) days from the day on which the customer is confirmed by email by the Company of be entitled to a refund of the defective product. The refund of the money will take place through the same payment method used by the Customer when placing the order.  

 

In case of return of products to be repaired or replaced that are covered by the warranty, the repair and shipping costs are borne by Intrade SAS, as well as the costs related to the delivery to the Customer of the repaired or replaced product. 

The costs paid for the purchase of the product remain the responsibility of the customer.
