Shipment

Upon availability and therefore also of order fulfillment, the company Intrade SAS guarantees delivery by DHL / GLS couriers for amounts lower than € 4000.00; it also guarantees shipping by specialized security courier for higher amounts. 

Shipping is guaranteed within 3 (three) days from the time of availability and order fulfillment.  In the case of personalized jewelry, the estimated delivery times vary from 10 to 20 working days.

 

  • Delivery times are indicative and not strictly binding for the company Intrade SAS

  • Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays. 

  • For orders placed by credit card, 2 (two) working days must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, the shipping times will be calculated starting from the confirmation of payment.

 

All shipping costs for our jewels are free for Italy. For abroad they are subject to charges and the cost varies according to the place of destination.  

 

The Intrade SAS company is not responsible for any unforeseen events (delay and / or non-delivery of the order or damage to the products purchased) that occur during or as a result of the transport of the order for which the shipping company in charge of the delivery of products. It is also not possible, momentarily, to track the parcel through our site. It will be the concern of the company Intrade SAS to communicate continuous updates on the evolution of the order and shipment in progress.

 

Intrade SAS specifies that it does not deliver to: accommodation facilities such as hotels; post office boxes; airports and ports; any other place the company does not consider opportune and suitable.

 

Upon delivery of the products by the Courier, the Customer (or the designated representative) is required to verify that:

  • The recipient indicated on the delivery receipt is correct;

  • The packaging and seals are intact, undamaged or not altered in any way.

Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging and / or products must be immediately indicated in writing on the Courier's delivery receipt. Once the Courier's document has been signed and no objections have been raised by the Customer, the latter cannot claim against the external characteristics of the delivered package. 

In any case, the Customer always has the right to contest any other characteristic of the product (s) contained in the package.
